Wow. He did it. Obama has signed the health care bill into law - a few times - and each time he was wearing... you guessed it... a tie! You'll notice a blue theme - makes sense for a democrate to wear blue, right? Well without further adieu here is the picture timeline of Obama’s historic journey:
